After 1 day delay, I finally managed to get all of my medication on the same day, from the same place. Boots and Rightdose are probably still trying to get it right, over a month later. Pretty good eh since diabetes, thyroid and BP medication is in my lot. Well done WELL PHARMACY, thank you

If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Absolutely appalling service (actually you can?t even call it service) as I had to go back on 3 occasions and waited over 30 minutes each time for them to dispense the same prescription. I required antibiotics and was turned away because they couldn?t be bothered to sieve through the boxes of medication to find mine. The woman at the counter said wait for a text message (which not only did I have a text I also had a email saying that it was ready) and that she has customers to serve, so what was I? wasn?t I a customer? Will never use this place again and suggest people reading this do the same!!

I say we'll done to All the Staff ...they are in a cramped porta cabin serving a large amount of people all day long ...I've been using well for a long while they have all been very helpful always...I've even witnessed Rude, Unpatient ,people shouting and being disrespectful, which they do not deserve.Treat people how you would like to be treated yourselves..Aways very helpful..well done to all

Generally average but gave a one star because they repeatedly NEVER answer their phone.I understand they are busy but I now have to make more than one trip in order to check when there is an issue with my wife?s prescriptionsREALLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

sorry to say ,but every single time I go to pick up my repeat prescriptions, there is always something wrong,I will not go through a long list,always telling me short staff,or should of phoned first,which I always do,as I said too many things to list

Not as good as they used to be. They take forever to serve and they NEVER answer the phone to check if they have your prescription and to save you wasting a trip down there for them to say no. Terrible customer service!

I've been using Wells since 2015 to collect my prescription and I've always had a pleasant experience there, The staff are friendly and always willing to help.

I?m always nervous when I have to deal with this pharmacy, the staff seems slowly, unprofessional, with weird expression. You have to wait weeks for your prescription. The management is obviously wrong and unprofessional. Do something with your staff please.

I've given 1 star because the staff are brilliant but so long suffering. Ridiculous situation due to building and trying to provide a service from a portacabin. Been like itnow for years. Feel sorry for the staff! I wdon't think the company ate too bothered. Sometimes it's ages before a pharmacist turns up and the best one left due to racial abuse etc I've done them a favour by leaving tooo after bei g a customet for 30yrs. Shame on the company for treating the staff like that.

I am disgusted and shocked with how i was treated at this chemist yesterday i took my 4 year old son who is autistic in a special needs pushchair completly non verbal he had been bitten by something and was having a reaction the redness & swelling was spreading up his leg and weeping yellow liquid so i politely asked if the pharmacist would take a quick look to see if u could buy something or if i needed to get him medical attention.. . I was soo rudely spoken to by the girl behind the counter told they were too busy, i asked if she could ask the pharmacist as it would take 1 minute i only want advice and a 2nd opinion to see if i have to try to get a gp appointment, she went away come back and very rudely again said no were too busy its a 2-3 hour wait to see the pharmacist (their were a few people in the que all picking up prescriptions and they all said they would not mind waiting 1 minute they could see i had my hands full & my son was getting distressed) i stated so even though the que dont mind waiting you still wont take 1 look at my 4 year olds leg who is clearly autistic stimming in his chair his non verbal he cannot tell me how it feels or if it hurts i have my other 2 children waiting outside my 11 year old also autistic and my 2 year old babygirl but i need to stand here for a few hours? She replied yes were too busy and we don't know about autism try your gp, i left.I was not asking about autism i was asking about a infected gnat bite the time it took for the conversation it could of been looked at a few timesMe and my 3 children went into the gps me in actual tears with how we had just been treated luckily they are actually caring and fitted him in we did end up in a &e for few hours now with prescribed antibiotics and cream.I will be making a complaint a child should not be turned away by a chemist which i thought was the place to go for minor medical advice before overloading the gp service or a&e ? I ended up in all 3 places which could of been avoided.Reception staff should have a duty of care or customer service skills dealing with people.Shocking experience i have changed my chemist

This pharmacy needs sorting out. I am fed up with queuing for over 30 mins every time I come here. Whilst standing in a queue yet again I am writing this review and I have just changed my nominated pharmacy to one further away as I can?t bear the time it takes to get a prescription. People, especially the elderly or disabled need to go to a different pharmacy if you can, as it?s not fair not they should have to stand outside in the rain or cold.

Went to collect a prescription that he at was sent on Monday 30th may 22 after queuing for 49 minutes was told it?s still not ready as it?s in the delivery box and we are short staffed so we will text you when it?s ready. Science well took over from the coop tgus chemist has rapidly gone downhill the service is slow and they never seem to have all items when multiple prescriptions are put in , in fact the only thing they never seem to run out of is excuses for performing so badly.

I've just stood in line for an hour and half, they're isn't any other Pharmacy within half hour walking distance. This is not OK. And this was after spending hours trying and failing to get to work due to train strikes. I needed to buy razor blades by the time I got served (and not to shave with)
