Like all behind the scenes services, I don't think people give enough credit to the people & work that goes behind them. The staff here work exceptionably hard to make things work & provide the best service they can. Quite often it's the patient that hasn't allowed enough time for a prescription to be processed or hasn't provided the correct information to the Dr's or them that causes the issues. Thank you for your hard work & keep smiling ;)

Rude and rather curt staff. This is a small pharmacy & the staff have a cushy number compared to their colleagues in bigger stores. Staff act like they don't want to be there. The actual pharmacist that I spoke with was very pleasant

Boots in The Pantiles provides a superb service to the people of Billericay. The staff are always friendly, helpful and often go the 'extra mile' to provide for every medical need. My family and I cannot praise them highly enough. Well done Boots in The Pantiles!!

I?ve been in this Boots twice recently and both times the staff talk as if you are an inconvenience! Do they realise that if we stop using their store they may loose their job?Yes they look busy but that?s no excuse to be abrupt. As I stood waiting I heard that they were rude to every customer.I?ll avoid using this store in future.We are all busy these days so don?t act like it?s only you that is. Manners cost nothing

Had to collect an online purchase from Boots @ Queens Park today. Arrived at 1.30 to find they were closed for lunch!! No information on their website stating they close. Why?? There were 3 people working in there when I called in later. Surly they could stagger the lunch breaks! Nothing on their website to state they close either. I have often stood for ages in there before being acknowledged also. They never use their till point anymore for some reason. Will try to not use this store in future.

Possibly worst chemist in Essex. If you need a prescription or medicine before 11AM don't bother going here. Do not adhere to there own opening times....and will no doubt still be closed for lunch 2 hours after they open.

Appalling attitude towards people, particularly from 'one'. On the aggressive straight away due to their incompetence, rude, with no personal skills. Have been waiting 2 1/2 weeks for prescription and now told to go elsewhere. Customer service ladies!
