“I just want to say how grateful I am to the lovely lady who took my return parcel today after the Billericay High Street Post Office refused it. I was told by my provider that I could take it to any post office. But the High St branch flatly refused as they said it was too large. They let me wait in the queue for some time before letting me know they were not going to accept it. Said it was the rules and they don't make them. I do feel (and I think a lot of others in the queue) that they could have been more helpful. But Sunnyville, even though she queried the size of the package, when she saw my QR code and email from the provider accepted it. That will be my go to branch in the future.”

“Easy going for a quick shop. Standard layout you'd expect for a small store. Ideal for a quick in and out job. Parking can be a nightmare at busy times (normally between 4pm and 6pm).”

“Good only because it's local. They always run out of certain stock or run very low on most products. They need a wider range of frozen and chilled products. Given the size of the store that'll be difficult. Staff are always friendly, never had a bad shopping experience there except for the store running out of certain products days on the trot.”

“Recently built in late 2016, this Sainsbury's Local is a great addition to Billericay a much needed store, and at a great place along the busy industrial area of Radford Way. You will find 80% of the products you need, including plenty of fresh produce. The staff are very helpful and greet you on arrival. You can also find lots of daily deals and reductions!”
