The shop was fully stocked and the staff were cheerful but I could not get a WiFi or 4g signal meaning I could not pay using my Iceland bonus card. This has happened before and the cashier agreed it is a known issue.

Convenient shop good prices have a good selection of stock & the staff are friendly & helpful. I do most of my shopping there sometimes I use their home delivery which is very good ?

Happy helpful colleagues, clean store. Only problem is getting to some of the freezers when checkouts are busy as the queues are along the aisles.

Iceland ha ,everything had nearly defrosted by the time i was served. 1 till on, all staff to busy sorting online orders.

A fairly small store but well stocked and has a good range. Sometimes there can be fairly long queues, though it seems these are often only for short periods.

To get reasonable prices you need to accept the multi-buy offers, which means buying 3 of the same product. Excessive unless you have a large family.

It is not the largest store of the chain at all, but on the other hand, I could always find everything I was looking for, every time I have visited it, and always fell welcome by the staff, so I am giving them 5 stars.

How slow can somebody be? Queue round the whole shop. One till open. The incompetent slowest person ever to work in a supermarket on the till we are on. 5 minutes still can't figure out how to use a voucher a customer has. CALL THE MANAGER if you are that thick. Left the shop. Ridiculous.

Doors on freezers are difficult to open and to access because they open at a angle. Especially if you have a disability. Even people with out a disability struggle with them. We will have to shop elsewhere unfortunately.
