Been booking in parcels for my business for months, we have to pay 60p per parcel for a collection and have lots of parcels going out which is why we pay for collection. Drivers haven?t been showing up for weeks now, we have called up multiple times and their excuse is it may be shortage of drivers or no room on the van. Absolutely crazy, 60p is not a lot but when you times that by hundreds of parcels it adds up! Customer service so rude, literately said take them to your post office and basically said that it?s hit or miss if the driver comes to collect. Madness

I would like to thank the kind lady manager at Billericay sorting office, for taking the time to find my Sons parcel from Australia. She went out of her way to collect it from the van that left Billericay on its way to Chelmsford sorting office. It was going back to Australia as I missed the collection as I was on holiday.I have always found the staff at Billericay collection office very helpful over the years.Thank you again x

Friendly quick service, just make sure if you're collecting an item that you have all the correct credentials and Postman Pat won't put up a fight.
Parking is on the high street only which can be aggy. If you don't want the hassle then park in Waitrose and walk round.
