“I have used this branch of Lloyd's bank for the last 30 years. I have never had any problems. Sometimes they can get busy but the staff are very friendly and professional. Sometimes they could do with more staff on the tills but on the whole it's not a problem.”

“I went to a number of banks to open a business account over the past two days, i have tried online on the phone and to get an appointment, i had just about given up when i went into NatWest, i spoke with the cashier about my experiences and she shut the cashier point and took me aside and helped me open an account there and then, her customer skills were outstanding, she seemed to have the patience of an angel when i kept forgetting passwords, she was a great ambassador for the bank and i am sure she will go far in any career she chooses, good staff are hard to come by, if i where the manager i would make sure she is looked after and given help to advance, what a breath of fresh air she was, if you get to read the review Gemma i would just like to thank you for your time and going the extra mile.”

“Decent petrol station and little Waitrose. Staff are usually dull but was served by Paulo yesterday and he was super friendly and professional - more staff like him needed ?”
“Good little post office. Can get quite busy at certain times. Expect to queue. Offers drinks, confectionery, newspapers and magazines. Some random items as well. Staff friendly and helpful. Store normally tidy. Would recommend.”

“No counter service any more, just automated machines. I visited today during business hours and the lady supervising the automated machines was very friendly and helpful. We are lucky to have this branch in the town with so many closing down. A very positive experience and she was very helpful.”

“A large Shell Station close to the Motorway and the Airport, ofcourse expensive at Motorway Prices. Staff seem quite friendly behind the counter.Convient if needing to top up a tank of hire car that needs to be dropped off soon. Sadly no Car Wash or Vacuum cleaner terminals at this services/petrol station and only two Air & Water Pumps, so expect to wait if you need them.”
