Even tho the mini I drove wasn't right for me, I want to give a big thanks to their salesman Christian. What a fabtastic chap he is and an asset to their brand. Thanks very much Christian for your time and allowing me to test drive the car twice, even tho on this occasion wasn't quite the car I was looking for. I appreciate his time.

I cannot praise Jordan and the team enough on how they worked seamlessly to provide a very good experience when my car ended up in the bodyshop.A special thank you must go to Jordan, who ensured the whole process ran smoothly from the start to finish, and for his special effort in resolving a problem not associated with the initial repair. At no time was I made to feel anything was too much trouble.Well done to everyone for exceeding my expectations, especially when great customer service is lacking in so many businesses these days.

Came to the dealership to drop off our Mini to get serviced by the BMW dealer since it changed to group 1 from Barons. The reception staff did not acknowledge us when we arrived to drop off or pick up our car. We were left standing for 10 minutes before we had to go over to the staff and actually ask if we were in the right place despite there being 3 reception staff present at their desks. Felt very impersonal and wasn?t happy. When we got our mini back the standard of car wash was horrendous. All the windows were smeared I had to drive home with the windows open and the wing mirrors were still dirty. Also had a tyre pressure warning on the way home where I had to put air in the tyres! Will not be using this dealer again and not impressed with group 1 at all.

I've had a couple of issues with my BMW over the last few months, which have been very stressful. However, Abby from the service team has been a dream! From getting the works booked in, to keeping me up to date throughout and generally being very helpful - perfect customer service. Thanks again, it hasn't gone unnoticed.

Service all OK and staff always pleasant but now that the dealership has moved to Group1 ownership prices have gone crazy. One tyre just cost me £386 - 50% more than any other national tyre centre quoted me. As it was linked to an MOT I think they thought they could get away with it. They also wanted me to buy a new wheel as there was a crack. Got it repaired and tyre replaced at ProTyre for a fraction of the cost - including needing to redo the MOT.

Disappointing showroom, walked in prepared to do a deal on a new car (I have had 9 new BMW?s over the last 25 years), no one showed any interest and there was a salesman sitting at his desk looking at a laptop. Asked a few questions, still they didn?t seem interested, so we will go to Stephen James or Specialist cars.

Recently had a brake fluid service carried out on my X5. I waited while this was carried out. The service was carried out promptly and efficiently and I must say Customer Services were brilliant. Thank you Maisie ?.

HIGHLY recommend Group 1 Stansted for a new or used BMW experience. Especially if you are fortunate enough to be catered for by Stuart as I was. Everything about the car, products and services were explained to me in a well thought out and methodical approach, making it all very easy to understand. The staff always made me feel comfortable and never waiting. I wouldn't hesitate to return for me next BMW. Thanks Stuart and Group 1 Stansted.

After an accident my insurance company arranged for my car to be repaired here but due to the circumstances of the 3rd party, wouldn't arrange a courtesy car. After being pushed from pillar to post between my insurance and Enterprise, Claire went above and beyond to arrange a hire car for me, even to the extent that when that hire car was not suitable for my circumstances (HEAVILY pregnant and pram chassis wouldn't fit in boot) she arranged to have an alternative car delivered to me this morning. I could not speak more highly of the service I've received from Claire, she's been an absolute star at what has been a very stressful time. Thank you so much.

Car recalled because of safety issue but staff certainly chasing revenue. No mention of apologies or thanking for understanding, but quick enough to call and suggest getting brakes and tyres done.Also had to wait until bang on 0800, in the rain, despite me seeing staff through the window ready to go at 0750. Got another car to take in later this month, let's see if this one has the same efforts not made!

Was sent there from my insurance comapny for a repairs to paint work. Dropped the car off on the 5th Jan and we are now on 16th Feb car still not repaired. Both insurance and the bodyshop blame each other because of a upgrade of systems "my car got lost in their tracker because the dealership havent sent it to the right email.(something within that line) eventually repair got approved on the 6th Feb all confirmed by Jordon Beer and as of 16th Feb car still not repaired. Tried calling but no answer. Emailed jordon but no answer.Should have just taken it to an independent bodyshop who would have chased it up with the insurance and done the work within couple of weeks. They had the car soo long and no one bothered to chase the insurance company to get it authorised. Ending up doing all the leg work.Avoid unless you want extra stress in life.Car plate starting OV61Tried talking to management but had no luckUpdate received a call from the manager the very same day of this review as no one seems to answer calls. He explained there have been phone issues hence it was hard to get through. He aimed to have the car ready on the 17th fully valeted.17th Feb 4pm collected the car. Thanks to the manager. Body work looks fine.However when i started the car a dash light comes on. Remember they had the car for 6 weeks and there was no issues with it mechanically. When i raised this they tried to fob me off with various excuses,1) your using a spare key hence why the signs come on.My response thats the main key and that sign is an inspection sign nothing to do with key.2) your due a brake fluid change . Thats why the lights on.My response no its not check the car dashboard was done last year.3) your due a service thats why lights on.My response service due Nov 2023 check car computer.Then i asked them to plug it to a computer. To which they did and found out it was a simple glitch as they worked on the car that needed resetting. I appreciate not everone is a mechanic but please dont try and fob on customers without actually knowing the facts. Wasted 20 minutes for no reason.Wont be using this garage ever.Update 23/2 get a phone call saying i owe £800 vat because its a company car.??? Absolute cowboys. Its a personal car and claim went via insurance. Avoid!
