I used Big Bear Storage in Bishops Stortford for 5 months to store excess furniture as I was renting in between selling a house and looking for another to buy. I had already approached one of the national storage companies for a quote, but had been put off by the barrage of phone calls and emails while I was trying to decide whether to go ahead. I spotted Big Bear while passing by, and decided to contact them for a quote. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and I was asked how I preferred to be contacted and assured that they wouldn't contact me after the initial quote unless I contacted them again to ask something. The staff are really helpful and friendly, and showed me round different size units. They gave me plenty of time to decide without any pressure at all, and explained everything clearly. The whole facility is clean and well maintained, and there is always a member of staff there during opening hours to answer queries or just have a chat with. Access works well, and I was confident that my furniture was safe and secure. I would definitely use Big Bear again if I need to store items. Highly recommended.

I rented an office space and three storage units for just over a year and ran my business from Big Bear, all I can say is that from the very first time I walked in a was treated like the most important customer they had, I build up electric motors and gearboxes and send them out via DHL, which was particularly handy as Big Bear is a DHL hub, William the manager became a vital part of my business, recieving orders for me when i was not around and sorting out larger Pallet collections for me, it was like having my own dispatch department without having to hire the staff myself. Thank you Big Bear, I highly recommend for business clientele as well as personal storage!

I had a wonderful 12 months experience.Friend stuff willing to help you with any problems you may have with storage, just ask William orany member of staff, if possible it will be done.I would highly recommend Big Bear Self Storage to anyone.

I recently used Big bear for 9months while waiting to move into a new build. I would not hesitate to recommend Big Bear, 1st class communication and service from Ed, Will and Rob while also being competitively priced. Storage unit is well lit, clean and tidy.Give them a try, you won't regret it!

I have just vacated after 18 months. Rob and the team have been outstandingly helpful, and the facility itself has all the features you?d need and expect ? it?s clean, accessible and secure. I?ve used various other storage facilities in the past, and this is easily the best. Highly recommended.
