My daughter ordered a garden solar windmill for me on the 17th march, was told it had only been dispatched a week later, so much for for 3/5 days delivery service. Still haven't received it !

Absolutely shocking service, ordered an item for 3-5 days delivery. Couldn?t track item I was told it?s on its way. 2 weeks later called again and had to re- order it?s now been 3 weeks and I can track it and it?s with courier but still not received it. Customer services was no help and just said sorry nothing we can do. Wouldn?t use again.

WARNING ?? After the wrong item was sent to my elderly mother in law I Googled their telephone number to sort out their error. They only advertise a premium rate number on the internet costing me just under £10 to resolve their error. I felt this cost was unfair because if the correct item had been sent in the first place I wouldn't have needed to make the call. I requested a full refund of the call also providing a copy of my phone bill to which they refused to refund in full, only offering me a total of 0.77p rounded up to £2.50. They stated they do not refund my phone provider charges because they advertise the lower rate telephone number on the back of the despatch note. Shocking online customer service!I would like to request their offer of £2.50 compensation be donated to charity (perhaps Age UK) and they reply to this feedback with an official charity donation receipt.

Ordered a new mat when the order arrived it was the wrong product, so I phoned Customer Services to arrange collection, which went without an issue. The representative also ordered the correct mat and I received it in 3 days.

I purchased a water boiler and within a couple of months it stopped working, they sent another and that stopped working a year after getting it, I contacted Coopers again and they said send it back we will refund it as we have not got any in stock, great I thought I can get something else to replace it, I sent it back, they have told me they have refunded it back to my PayPal account but they have Not. PayPal confirmed it has not been refunded also and still awaiting a full refund a couple of months down the line, £80 is a lot of money.So if you want to purchase electrical products that stop working and basically have your money taken and lied to about it being refunded when it's not go ahead and waste your money or go somewhere where they actually follow the laws about customers statutory rights.
