“Very happy with my experience, one of the staff called Will (I believe manager) took time from what he was doing to help me as I was incredible lost.He was an absolute star and I’m very grateful for his help. Will be using this shop from now on.”

“Karen helped me with a bra fitting service. She was fantastic, so professional, personable and kind. I left feeling really confident and purchased two bras before leaving. Thank you Karen for your brilliant customer service. :)”

“I like this little tescos staff lovely apart from on chap who's rude and picks his nose in front of customers and does something not pleasant with it. If I go in I tend to get served by others . It's very convenient for things you run out of . Also the staff complain that they don't have time to wash out fridges .”

“Typically, whenever you visit a Waitrose Supermarket you know precisely what to expect.True, some costs are higher but regular shoppers know that most frequently bought general food and household products are competitively priced.Items on the deli, cheese, meat and fish counters are fresh, not prewrapped in plastic so you can see exactly what you are buying AND you can buy as little or as big a piece as you need. The Bishops Stortford store has a particularly exciting fresh food counter and a bakery that people on a diet should avoid because of the many tempting delicacies. The aisles are wide and there are generally sufficient checkout counters. Outside, the generous carpark means you can always find a space. Everything is on one level with double automatic doors providing easy access for wheelchairs and those with disabilities.Any issues? Outside the store is a selection of garden products. Instead of trying to carry a heavy bag of garden compost around, wouldn't it be just as easy to take a ticket for scanning at the end of shopping then pick up the heavy bags on the way out. Any queries and its on your receipt.”

“One of my preferred Sainsbury's stores, and its local. Generally well stocked, although fruit and veg can be hit'n'miss. Shop looks dated, but that's because it's busy.”

“Nick, the head baker, made this wonderful Harvest Service sheave, and delicate small loaves in a basket in his Bakery - just dough & water, for St Cecilia's Church, Little Hadham - here accompanied by Helen & Alex.”

“Staff are very welcome and nice. I find good range of products and stocked constantly. I've give 4 stars because they have removed certain products people loved, pandemic stock problems, but never brought them back, other supermarkets have it. Spoke to management and my request was on deaf ears. I don't like the staff are trained to say if something wrong with item, that you have to bring it back cooked, rancid or raw to get a refund. I think past people have taken the mickey. I dong think tesco should tide all people with the same brush. They can see how much I spend on clubcard and very little returns over the year.”
