“Great place to go when it's not too busy. I found a couple of stocking fillers for Christmas - all very well priced. There were about 7 people in front of me in the queue, but the line went down quickly. Staff were friendly and polite. The store was one of the smaller TK Maxx's I've been too but good all the same.”

“Love this shop! Easy to get to, easy to navigate round with a buggy. Sale items clearly marked. Only issue was an overly opinionated member of staff but otherwise the staff there are lovely.”

“They have a fantastic range at quite reasonable price considering it's higher end. The store is nicely laid out and clean. Only lost a point as tge 2 members of staff seemed keener to chat about their lives rather than ask if anyone in the store needed assistance.”

“A great place to grab some bargains if you like MAC Cosmetics, Smashbox, Aveda, Clinique, Darphin, Bobby Brown, Glamglow & Estee Lauder.They also have limited edition MAC collaboration stuff e.g. Nicopanda, Aladdin, Patrick Starr and other sets that are not available elsewhere, all at discounted price, cheaper than rrp.If you are lucky, you might be able to grab bundle bags of 10 items from one brand at around £30 each. I've seen Clinique ones, MAC and Smashbox Although some colours of the products are not for everyday use, but the products work out at around £3 a piece (rrp of each item will be at least £10), you can also gift some away (if foundation or lipstick colour do not suit you) so it's not too bad considering the priceDon't forget to ask to be included in the mailing list as i think you'll get 10% off next shop even though i wasn't been asked and i've been there twice. I'll ask them next time.Also, bear in mind that you can't return the products unless they are faulty or damaged. Even though they didn't tell me when i was buying some products but i heard them telling their other customers and it was imprintedinto my mind. But they did ask if i needed help while i was browsing.I will probably go there again if i visit Braintree Freeport next time.”

“Nike at Freeport! Every time I drive past Braintree I stop here because I think I may be missing out on a bargain.Some days, it feels like a normal shopping trip. I was there at the beginning of September, just before school reopens. There was nothing specific I wanted, it was quite busy, and reductions were just normal. Other days, I have been there and they have been having huge sales.In November 2022 I left the Nike shop with a couple of men's tracksuits that cost around UK45 each (for tops and bottoms), and on my best trip there a couple of years ago they were virtually giving things away, and left with 3 huge carrier bags with about 20 items costing around UK100.If you're able to visit occasionally, ask the staff when there is a major restocking due, that seems to be when the big sales come on.”

“I’m not one for reviews but I must say our experience in the newly re-furbed shop was fantastic. Worn Barbour for years, there was a decent range of products (not all sizes available, but is an outlet) and got some great deals here compared to High Street prices. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and a special mention should go to the manager who helped us every step of the way in choosing our garments. How refreshing to get the level of service every retail shop should be offering, but fail to deliver! Not here. We’ll certainly return for our Christmas shopping!”

“Son went in for a new suit. Had to have it adjusted but was also given option of having bespoke suit made. Not this time but would definitely consider as not as pricy as we thought. Very helpful”

“Went into this store and whilst I was looking, I was kindly asked if I needed any help! When I had chosen a jumper I liked and went to the till with someone already being served in front of me, I see the same person who had previously asked me if I needed help, see me waiting and dart over to take my payment, he was extremely polite and helpful, hence why I needed to write this review. I can’t remember his name but looking at my receipt says cashier 02441391 this person goes above and beyond and I although I love the quality of the clothing, makes me want to shop here much more often. ???”

“Staff are always friendly and will go out of their way to help their customers, yes some of the stuff they sell is a bit pricey in some areas but the quality you are paying for makes the difference but overall a great place to shop a wide range of women's, mens and kids clothing and a nice size home section with lots of goodies.”
