“I have used many Screwfix stores over the years, not so much recently. This Sunday afternoon I visited the Braintree branch. I needed a plumbing part, I was assisted by a lady, she looked up the part, then went to get the part so see if was exactly the one we needed. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Absolutely fantastic customer service that is so hard to find nowadays.Thank you to the lady, ( sorry I didn’t get her name ) screwfix could learn a lot about true customer service from you.”
