Room was okay, marks on the sofa, could be cleaner. We booked over the phone for a late check out. This was the only reason that we booked this over a different hotel which would have been much more convenient for us. Great location if you are using Stansted airport.Staff are nice and friendly, parking for guests is free, rooms are very nice although the aircon seems a little excitable. Bar isn’t cheap, but that’s not a surprise, breakfast was included, was good and as you’d expect
