My brother with learning difficulties went to this place to buy a slow cooker, to then have an employer accuse him of being the one that stole in the past by saying " this is the same one you stole last week" when my brother tried to defend himself, they carried on accusing him. They refused to show the video footage to prove their claims until the police came and insisted on seeing this footage, and the footage showed that they had the wrong person. Didn't offer a proper apology, and no discount for their mistake. Lets just say my brother left without buying the slow cooker and never wants to return to the store after publicity humiliating him in front of the whole shop. Do better

Went in for something but they didn't have the number required,the lovely lady at the tills said she would see what they could do.just had a phone call to say they have ordered them for me and I can pick up Thursday.great customer service
