They have a fantastic range at quite reasonable price considering it's higher end. The store is nicely laid out and clean. Only lost a point as tge 2 members of staff seemed keener to chat about their lives rather than ask if anyone in the store needed assistance.

I felt I need to share the amazing customer service from the staff at Ted Baker. I saw a purse I loved, but the store had sold out. Jayde was a true star and managed to get me one from another store. The manager felt the need to come over and rudely interrupt a conversation I was having with one of my family members regarding one of the products in store. Rude and condescending. Needless to say we left without purchasing the items we intended on buying. Someone with this demeanor shouldn't be in a customer facing role. Absolutely disgusting. I won't be returning anytime soon.

All together I would say Ted Baker is a very nice Brand!(and one of my favourites). And have a lot to offer but when visiting this Ted Baker I was very underwhelmed. by the lack of diversity in items seemed very lacklustre walking around! not what you would expect from a Ted Baker.

Great value at Freeport outlet shop. Great quality clothing, especially the golf Polo shirts all with up to 50% off. Staff always pleased to help.
