The pharmacy is so understaffed wait time just to be served can be up to 30 mins then you have to wait for your prescription.Don?t get me wrong the staff are helpful but clearly can?t cope.It needs to change ASAP

Today I managed to complete and pay (through a cashier, not scan and pay) a full weeks worth shopping which took approx 45 minutes plus to be told my prescription (which I handed in before starting my shopping and was told it would take 20 mins) still was not ready so I had to wait a further 10-15 mins. So an hour to collect a prescription is one thing but what I was collecting was what they â??did not haveâ?? 2 weeks ago after waiting over 30 minutes then! Avoid!

Repeatedly owed items. How is it that a pharmacy which has advance notification of medicines required via the online repeat prescription service fails to have all the items listed on the prescription especially when you are collecting 4 days after the prescription was requested! Surely they have an ordering system which identifies weekly and or monthly medicine fulfilment and the fact that it was requested in advance they would ensure that it is available within the 3days specified between requesting and collecting.
