Since getting new staff, the service has been much more pleasant! The staff are much happier and a lot quicker and better service. Wanted to commend Asha, she was so pleasant and smily while taking my order and seeing a friendly face makes your morning that much better ??

I have visited this store a few times in recent weeks.Every time had incredibly slow service, twice iI waited 30 minutes in a not very long queue!

Stopped enroute to family will never stop here again!Asked for lemon tea on the menu board apparently not offered by them its an error staff said!! Husband'samericano was awful it went in the bin!! .Miserable staff who clearly need to be looking for a job they'd enjoy!!

Nice little Starbucks for a quick stop. Staff are friendly and the coffee is great as usual. Easy disabled parking right infront of the door, and easy access although it is a steep ramp to get in to the place for wheelchair users. And the automatic doors do not work either. I only have one real complaint. We stopped here 2 times, 7 days apart, and on both occasions the toilets were smelly and very dirty. They definitely do not get cleaned regularly. My wife complained likewise about the ladies bathrooms being out of paper and very dirty.Parking: Plenty of parking, and disabled parking right by the entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a steep ramp to get into the store, and doors that do not open automatically. So if you are on your own in a wheelchair, you might struggle a bit. But with a family member or someone to help its a breeze.

Good staff and resonably quick service. I come here often and find it's always dirty and messy here. Can't blame staff, often only 2 or 3 of them working and they're needed to serve. Cleanliness is a massive downside here. Coffee and food is good and without flaw.Parking: Lot's of parking.

Its too busy for me (11:30am Sat) the queue was long and blocking the entrance door. It was very small and noisy inside couldn't hear myself think, not great acoustics to relax and have a conversation used the loo (grubby) and left.

Really like this place - come here whenever I hit the A127. Atmosphere is great - staff are friendly and welcoming. Not too busy in there so there is always somewhere to sit if needed. Location is good and can easily get back onto the A127.Parking: Free parking is available outside - not a really busy location so always spaces to pop in. I think the parking is part of the Travelodge which is next door to the starbucks.

Once again, for the 18th month in a row, the toilets are closed to staff and customers. Now you have that information you can make up your own mind in regards to the hygiene in this place.

The older lady who started this franchise business served me. I have seen her in there alot. Usually her husband serves me or someone else.She asked what size frap did I want so I looked at the board and said medium please. Was £4.70 for a medium and £5.40 for a large.I asked for sugar free vanilla cream based with strawberry sauce,no cream.It came up on till £4.70. So I said I'm paying via a gift card which they have to take to scan. Then I noticed she changed it to £5.40.Sneaky. I didn't say anything and waited for it to to made. But I felt angry so I said to the elder lady. Can I asked why you charged me for a large? She couldn't make her mind up to why... First she she because I had sugar free vanilla... then she changed it to because I had sauce. LIES. She just saw an opportunity to rip me off and thought I wouldn't notice!Didn't even have cream on top!It's only 70p but it's the principle.Sneaky.

Just been served by a lady named ?Jan? on the tills.She has one of the best energies I have ever experienced from anyone in the hospitality business. Really hope she gets to see this & hope Starbucks rewards team members like her that inspire others & make the customer experience a great one ????

Grab a quick coffee I thought, maybe a little treat too. How wrong could I be. The queue was 15 deep and clearly not enough staff to cope. Went to the toilet, it needed cleaning. In fact it was quite disgusting. Clearly hadn't been checked. Came out and the queueing was worse. I walked out. I would've been better off going into the pub next door.
