This store is located on the ground floor, and it has easy access from the street which is good for people who have disabilities.They sell a wide range of toiletries and cosmetics at competitive prices.The staff were friendly and helpful and, I can definitely recommend their assistance.The store was clean and tidy during my visit.

I've just been into the Brentwood store (Sunday) and unusually it was a negative experience. Its possibly different staff to weekdays as they have always been remarkably helpful. There seemed to be just 3 staff, a young woman and two young men. The dark haired young man tried to be helpful but the other 2 - no way. The girl was quite rude and when the young man asked her for help she said, 'just tell her no'. I had asked about the availability of a product. When I reached the checkout the blonde haired young man carried on having a conversation with the bluetooth and barely acknowledged me.As stated, this was a very unusual attitude so maybe they were weekend staff. I hope so otherwise this will be the next high street store to go.

Staff on hand and very helpful. Well stocked store. There are manned tills which is a thumbs up from me, friendly and a human scanning your items. No dreadful self-service tills (like Boots next door) and they accept cash and card. Will return and recommend!

We visited several times in one week looking for a specific product. Staff were always available and helpful. Products are reasonably priced.

There was exactly what I needed: Simple Daily Detox Face Cream & I could not find that in other shops.But 1 flaw is that there is a small amount of staff (2 people)

I do like Superdrugs as it has some nice products but the store at Brentwood is one of the rudest. Seems to be alot of schoolgirl shop assistants with bad attitudes. Today I was looking at the body sprays when a shop assistant stood right in front of me blocking my view of the products I was looking at while she rearranged the bottles. She then stood on my shopping which I wasn't happy about. I get the feeling that if you go in there on your own you get treated like a shoplifter for no apparent reason. Won't be going in there again.

So impressed with my experience today in the store. Such helpful staff. Everyone who come in was asked if they needed help and the girls really knew their stuff about the products. The help I got from a dark haired girl was amazing. Advised me on some great product's. Very impressed so helpful and friendly. Thank you. Also good deals ?
