Standing outside 1hr 10 after the store was due to open with smirking staff who could not be bothered to open the door whilst moving bread around. Rude staff with utter disrespect for customers.

I have been shopping here for a number of years now and always taken my dog in the store without any problems. Today a new person decided to to tell me that the dog is only welcome if I picked him up. There are no signs on the door outside or inside referring to dogs not being allowed.

Costa coffee was yukky with limescale, price's didn't match till price's and just generally dirty. Unhelpful staff aswell

I'm giving this shop a full five star rating mainly due to the security guard that usually works there in the evenings. Very polite and welcoming. Will try to help you if you're struggling with anything. Even offers to look after my bike while I shop inside. An extremely lovely gentlemen that adds positivity to the place. Tesco better be paying him well.

The indian lady at the check out accused me of stealing a bag of crisps when I had walked into the store eating them. No apology was given and I was publicly humiliated. I won?t be back. I felt very hurt and embarrassed. I did nothing wrong at all and I was being accused with not a grain of evidence it was shocking behaviour from the Tesco staff.

Just popped in here for the first time since living in brentwood for last ten years to pick up some orange squash, and there was none on the shelf, so i asked the nearest member of staff, she couldn't speak a word of English let alone understand it, when i asked do you have any orange squash in stock, she took to the sweet Isle and showed me the drummy squashies, i said that ain't orange squash, she replied with i don't know what orange squash is. One word, Wow. That's what your dealing with nowadays in shops, no one English.

Over the past 16 months, I believe the staff deserve bonuses, pay rises and anything else that would reflect how tolerant yet helpful, considerate and expressed the level of common sense and courtesy needed to ensure the public were appreciated. Now the products need to reflect the quality and diversity of the staff.

This store must be under new management.. gone are the nice, friendly staff and fast/efficient service.. where you would get a "good morning, hello and bye". Now these new people just ignore you or mumble something. Also, on 3 occasions, I'm picking up goods based on price, only to find the price is for a different product. The last time they honoured it though (2 x £1.60 bar of choc for 50p) result ?

Only use occasionally but regularly drive down warley hill and many a time have had to brake hard because someone is either trying to get in to the car park and can't or they just pull out, also people park by the shops next door which causes traffic to build up on the hill. Choice of products is basic but shelves are not kept stocked up. This morning (saturday) I went to buy a couple of things and used the self service till which wasn't scanning very well. When I asked the cashier if there was someone around to help he said he was busy serving but looking round the shop he was the only one in store. Finally managed to get everything scanned and paid for, walked out the the shop and there were 4 staff standing at the back door in the car park talking and smoking. Staff training in customer service and also better stocking up is required

Wouldnt bother shopping here, most staff in here are too lazy to bother looking out back for something you've asked them for if it's not on the shelf and dosent have an out of stock label for it, but that's ok, most them seem to know it's not in stock without having to look out the back to actually look, proper lazy staff and rude aswell, very rude

The store manager who was working in the store today around 6.30, was so rude, he was rude to staff and rude to customers. I asked him a couple of questions and he answered in such a rude manner, I will not be using this store again.
