Upon moving to the UK, I was impressed with the healthcare system, but I only visited the GP once every two or three years. We began visiting our GP and A&E more often after my son was born to discover how poor that health system had become...The frequent visits to the GP and hospital were not improving my son's health, so I decided to stop using the NHS and start using private healthcare instead.On my first visit to The Holy Private Hospital, the doctor found that the dosage of medication the doctor's GP prescribed was not correct, and as a result my son's health was not improving. Furthermore, the removal of his tonsils would improve his health.From the moment we walked in, we were treated as if we mattered. The doctor was 5 minutes late for the appointment, but he came himself to apologize for the delay, and the receptionist offered us coffee while we waited.As a result of taking the right medication and having the tonsile removal surgery, my son was no longer ill (except for the occasional cold, which Benylin or Nurofen could fix).With just a few visits to The Holy Private Hospital, my son's health improved after almost 3 years of trying public healthcare.Big thank you

Pick & choose the patients they want.I was referred to this hospital for orthopaedics by the Royal London hospital. They did not accept me because I have very mild apnea.If a hospital can't cope with a patient with apnea, doesn't fill me with confidence and should ring alarm bells.

6 months ago I had endoscopic sinus surgery for extensive sinonasal polyposis.I'm fully recovered.I want to say thanks to all stuff of Nuffield Health The Holly Hospital .They treated me well,very kind people from beginning to the end. The dermatologist that I had at the Holly Hospital and her secretary have been nothing but really nice and helpful throughout the treatments I?ve had but I did have a dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at Holly Hospital regarding their billing system and the lack of assistance provided by DANIELLE WOODHALL, the credit controller. Despite having already paid the owed funds, the system erroneously indicated that I still had outstanding payments. This discrepancy caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience, especially considering the requirement to pay funds before receiving prescriptions over the counter.??When I told DANIELLE WOODHALL my side of the story to proof that I have PAID, Unfortunately her response was far from satisfactory. DANIELLE WOODHALL displayed a lack of willingness to investigate the matter or provide any form of assistance. Moreover, she consistently DECLINED my calls whenever I attempted to contact her office. This unprofessional behavior and refusal to address my concerns only exacerbated the frustration and dissatisfaction I experienced. In the end my dermatologist?s secretary KATE WILKINSON managed to HELP me and spoke to someone that could help, so thank you so much.This hospital is ALWAYS VERY BUSY, your next face to face appointments with the doctors always 4-5weeks so I would advise booking your next one after you?ve seen the doctor on the day to AVOID frustration.

A welcoming and efficient hospital that offers an outstanding service. I honestly can't thank all of the staff enough for being so caring and patient with me. I have a huge fear of IV needles, so was feeling very nervous about having cervical injections and sedation this week. The anaesthetist was a really lovely gentleman, who showed great kindness and made me feel at ease throughout. Likewise, Mr Dannawi and his team were amazing - thank you ?

Update:I was booked in within 2 days and first Physio session was good and helpful, really let down by the admin side. Hopefully it?s just a one off experience.A colleague of mine recently received physiotherapy treatments from her local Nuffield as a private patient, so highly recommended it.It seems the quality varies depending on locations. The Holly is quite a different experience. I phoned in to book an appointment and the call was picked up pretty quick, however I was put through to "NHS" booking team first. I was transferred to the right team quickly but it was an over 20 mins wait. Finally, someone answered and put me on hold to check the availability. After another 10mins on hold, the call was hung up. Tried to call back, but gave up after another 10mins wait.I had to ring the general booking team at Nuffield. The lady was very helpful, but again cant get through to the private booking team at the Holly. Eventually, she suggested writing an email and cc me in.

Thanks to the outstanding medical team and administrative staff, I have always enjoyed 5* experiences here in the past. But not this week! On two occasions I was left hanging on the phone for 20 minutes without a response.Eventually I gave up, phoned Spire Roding, and self paid for an X- Ray for my wife in their walk in clinic for the same day.I certainly have enough faith in Holly House to return, but would hope they have sorted out their staffing issues by then.

Great experience from beginning to end, so that?s dealing with admissions/finance, the pre op team and the surgery itself.The respective health teams clearly cared and the admin was very efficient too. Happy to recommend.

This hospital is truly exceptional!The care I received was outstanding and the staff are always incredibly friendly. Every appointment has started on time and my consultant was fully engaged.I was always kept informed about follow-up appointments and they were booked swiftly. I can't recommend this hospital enough ? it's the best choice for top-notch healthcare!So clean as well!

My mother had a surgery on her knee on 7 of December we had been referred from NHS I don?t have to say any negative comments except that the surgery have been cancelled last minute but those things happen is normal , (they booked another appointment for next month ) the service the care and everything else was excellent I want to thank doctor Mr Tarun Taneja and all the staff .Thank you

Absolutely the worst private hospital I have ever heard - they refuse to see patient without a birth certificate, the baby is 8 days old and looking to see a tongue tie consultant that runs a clinic here, I got told they can?t book her because we don?t have a birth certificate yet?! there is no legal requirement on seeing patients with an ID as I have been through both NHS + private hospitals in the country, this is completely ridiculous!
