I bought a ninja 5.2 max online. When I received the item, it was clear it had been opened. I was met by a very aggressive, unprofessional man who was the manager. I asked for another ninja air fryer, and he started to be very aggressive . The other air fryer I was returning, he refused to do so even though it was being returned within the returns policy.Now I could of stayed there and kicked off with the manager and I would of been the only winner, but instead I played he's game and outsmarted him, so i took the opened ninja fryer and went to Rayleigh argos. for me, it will be better to swap it for a new one at Rayleigh and take pleasure in leaving a bad review and making a complaint to argos. Rayleigh store was great. They swapped it straight over for an unopened one and agreed the way the manager of Canvey store acted was wrong. No one there had a good word to say about him when he was at Rayleigh branch training. I got what I wanted, and he will be getting a formal complaint.

Long waiting time in the queue, but finally I got what I wanted. But product I bought was very dirty from dust, I had to spend half an hour to clean the package with wipes before it was possible to put onto the car seat.

I went a few times to this shop and the service always has been pleasant. Today I went to the shop and I didn't know about the collect only, when I arrived i asked for an item and was received by a very angry old lady with grey hair named Debbie, she was very rude and literally shouted at me " we don't take orders, and you can only do this online" and then tells me " can you get out of the shop".... I understand we have to take precaution but this lady should not be on the floor talking to clients with this attitude!!!! Will order from currys next time.

Wasn't allowed in to use toilet despite being obviously pregnant abd stating I was happy to queue afterwards and that because of being high risk I'm needing to use ladies more frequently. Only once I was in tears being told to queue in the long queue to use toilet did a manager let me in. Just thought that whole debarcal was rude and unnecessary

Paid for and been waiting over a week for an order even though states next day delivery, you cannot speak to anyone at Argos or at the store only a robot that cuts you off after giving useless info! No other confirmation from Argos apart from they have deducted the money from my account!?

Purchased click and collect. Got to store and have to queue up with the sainsburys shoppers. 45 mins later !
