You might think that getting trapped in a car wash is a rare occurrence. But it has happened to two members of my family recently in the BP Long Rd.On the latest occasion, the wash just stopped. Waiting in the car, my concerned partner waited... And waited.... You would think some sort of alarm would have been triggered and help would be sent but no. She waited as long as she dared, fearing that if she got out, it might start up again. Luckily, the mechanism wasn't blocking the door.Once this was brought to the attention of the shop, a man was called who arrived and restarted the mechanism whilst my partner waited outside the vehicle. No apology was offered and he went before the sequence completed, so it could have happened again! It looked like a routine day at the office for him.You think we might at least have got a refund, but didn't!Nobody from my family or circle of friends will ever use this car wash again and I would strongly suggest any reader of this does the same.

Shows on line they do Yodel drop off. So I went down there and they wouldn't take my parcel. Really shouldn't be advising they do could have saved myself the journey.

Worst customer service, the owners of this place should know how their staff are treating the customers, I am not a fussy customer I was just asking about prices as it was not labelled properly, please take this matter seriously as this is my first stop every morning for fuel and coffee,Thanks

I saw all the negative comments and I got to say my experience personally wasn't bad at all. I have to admit I only went to the counter to pay for the car wash. I went for the gold option cost me £6. The person selling me the ticket was friendly and polite he was even concerned about my antenna whether I need to remove it as it is a van not a small car. The washing when smooth as expected and I did inspect the van front and back and both sides and I have to say I would not expect any better wash on the automatic car wash...

This is the worse place in Canvey Island to use and they over charge on there goods 3times than everywhere else is ridiculous £25 more and when I realise I've been over charged they refuse to give me my money back..definitely I don't recommend this place terrible

Wow what's with no receipt my friend, well can't explain, that. I'm not buying my fuel from here, , because you don't really get a receipt, so in fact there is no proof, that you even purchased fuel there when you didn't but you really did. Too save confusion, don't even think of coming here

In this particular branch they will _never_ give you the original VAT receipt (the original goes straight into a container under their desk), even if you ask for the original, you have to make do with a duplicate. Not quite sure what they're doing with them.

I fill here a lot, my only real concern is the staff skim nectar points. After asking if you collect them and in my case say NO, out comes a personal nectar card and they skim 60 pounds worth of points. I challenged a member of staff about this and was met with a barrage of excuses. I gave up reasoning with them and just let them skim my points when I fill up.
