Sent several emails about canceling my membership and have had no response and have been charged again with a late fee as I cancelled the direct debit even though I payed the day I got the email to pay again.

Good equipment. Could invest in more equipment and fix broken equipment quicker. Braintree needs more leg equipment and it’s smith machine fixed. Members are lazy and bring this gym down, never take their plates off, dumbbells never in order and it’s messy especially Chelmsford. Staff don’t reinforce putting weights...

The gym has some decent equipment, however usually full of plates people havn’t bothered to take off after sets, dumbbells all over the place. The gym could be a 5 star but the members lack of respect for gym equipment , members and staff drop the score. Also 0 enforcement for people not taking plates off.
