24 hour gym located opposite Chelmsford Train Station. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere to exercise in. We sport a huge range of resistance machines, cardio and free weights with 2 sets of dumb bells both up to 50kg, 5 full squat racks, an olympic lifting platform and nearly 2000kg of weight and bumper plates.
