Joined Bee-Fit a few months ago as I was feeling pretty stagnant and bored at my last gym.Bee Fit has everything and more and has exceeded my expectations. The trainers make every workout exciting and never repetitive. The best thing about this gym is it really does cater to all levels of fitness and abilities. You?ll never feel out of place here.Bee Fit is not just a gym, it really is like a little community. My only regret is not joining this place sooner.

Perfect local gym if you're looking for a friendly helpful place to workout and get advice. The trainer's are all lovely and there's no mirrors or pretentious posing you might get in alternative gyms. If you're thinking about joining a gym, choose this one! PT sessions every visit which makes it great value for money.

If you hate gyms you will love this place. No mirrors. No show offs. No waiting for equipment (in fact the guys get it set up ready for you) No card to walk around with. No to having to remember how many reps/weight you did last time. No to slacking (they are watching you). Yes to results, progress, overcoming fears (mine was lifting body weight and running), injury advice and work around. Yes you feel respected and cared for. Yes you can trust the trainers. They arent there just for the money.How it works.. You turn up. They have it planned out for you...just you...there's not a group all doing the same thing. It's personal - for you. You are shown what to do, just as you finish the trainer is back with what you are to do next. And so it goes on for a full hour of quality and controlled exercises. You don't have to think beyond the exercise you are currently doing. The trainers have it all worked out for you. And the more you go the better they get to know you and can work with you. I hate mat work but love free weights..."no problem " they said. " Let's tailor this! " Perfect.
