Visited the Chelmsford store today thinking I was in the right place for decorating advise, for paint colours, very poor service, staff were not interested in helping so we went to B&Q where we had excellent paint advise & they couldn?t do enough to help me. Won?t be visiting again.

My Farrow & Ball paint wasn't in stock but no problem .They mix F&B on site with F&.B products All done in a few minutes. Really helpful phone and on site staff.
