Terrible customer service in this store. I purchased a DVD and was advised that I could return if I hadn?t bought the right item. I have just gone in to return it and the manager David has refused to process a refund, apparently the volunteer I had previously spoken to was wrong. No apology from David, just very blunt, rude and a complete lack of people skills. Won?t be returning.

I volunteered for a while and when I needed a reference they said are not longer able to do a professional reference. ? so difficult to write down a reference .... I will never reccomend!!

My partner was refused entry into the store because he was not wearing a mask! My partner is exempt from having to wear one! This was explained several times and he was still refused entry! Disgusting treatment

For about a month i e mailed and then telephoned this chelmsford branch. No one bothered to get back to me after leaving several messages so i donated it somewhere else. Won't bother to try to donate from here in the future. Very bad customer service in my opinion.
