Convenient place to drop off your DHL parcel in Chelmsford. There is plenty of parking. The hours are convenient and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Very satisfied with the service.

Frustrating as when I have been there previously I spoke to a real person. Now that seems impossible and the package which is shown as delivered has completely evaporated.
