Genuinely had the best customer service I've ever experienced from any place here.I had to call to place my order due to my intolerance only being in dairy, but still being a meat eater. I regret not finding out the person's name that helped me. He was extremely thoughtful and considerate to me, my needs and wanted to ensure I didn't have to compromise as well as getting the best deal for my money as my specific requirements would normally make things cost a little extra. He saved me over £5-£8 in total.I'm very grateful!Thank you so much. The food arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected also ??

For a pizza specialist they seem to forget every single time you order that one of the key ingredients of a pizza is the purée!! That?s right, the pizza never has purée on it!!Dry is the best description for their pizzas. Having had Domino?s pizzas from other restaurants I?ve never experienced pizzas so dry and lacking in purée.If the Beaulieu restaurant actually reads their customer reviews? for the love of god, please layer your pizzas with plenty of purée!!

AVOID! I placed an order for one medium pizza for collection. Was told it would be 15-20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and it wasn?t ready. I then waited for an hour in total and didn?t get my food. Are they importing it from Italy?! I asked for a refund and the man with glasses and dark hair told me unapologetically that the staff on the cooker were untrained. Put in a complaint and got fobbed off by a corporate email and no compensation for my time. Clueless bunch running the store, and have lost my business.

Moved recently this area and this is the nearest one, been a big fan of Domino?s so I have order pizza from this branch but not a great experience with this branch . Very little toppings and when asked they said this is the perfect Veg Supreme pizza which is not .I have been ordering from domino?s for more than 10 years.I found few of staff and the manager did not deal with my query in professional way .Very disappointed.Vegetarian options: Very little toppings

Unfortunately this is the closest Domino's pizza to our address and one of the staff member I have dealt with has always been rude.First day when I went to pick up he refused to take a card payment and said they only take cash.Today when I called them for delivery, he says that they don't accept delivery this moment because they are busy, I called around 7.40pm.Been a Domino's fan for good few years now but this stinky attitude has put me off from ordering from them anymore. What a shame!

Ordered online on October 3rd, an order of nearly £50, and after 1hr 20mins and no update on tracker I phoned store to enquire and was told it would be an hour minimum, I explained that I had already waited over an hour and was offered a refund. Have used contact form and phoned several times to be told refund has been processed. Where is my money???!!!

Not a great fan of pizza but for the first time I liked Marguerite pizza which was freshly made in front of your eyes.
