From the jump grace was so lovely and helped me finalize a style and made it come to fruition. The whole team have a great relationship and it shows in the happy atmosphere. “Always a great cut with the lovely ladies at Chelmsford, Thanks to Debbie for a great haircut as usual , only down side is there ridiculous queuing system , Booked on line said it was 2hrs 30 which is fine turned up 10 mins before and still had to wait another 1hr ! She was so professional , guided me through the process , helped to choose the coliir according to my hair and she worked upto personalise how I wanted it. And the end result was amazing!! Please note , it was my first hair colouring experience, I was so condemned and happy when I left the salon. “Booked this hotel to as was attending a birthday party in the city centre. Easy to find and convenient car park adjacent to the hotel £7.50 for 24 hours run by Britannia car parks. Booked online in advance but also had the option to use a machine on site. Hotel is adequate and clean and would recommend for an overnight stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and overall we were happy with our stay. 12 noon checkout also better than some other hotels.”
