Came in to store today Saturday looking for a gift for my mum, asked a lovely lady for help as only had a picture of the top she knew were it was and helped me with size to so lovely and helpful and kind to she even got me 10% off for me as opened up a account a big shout out to the lovely sarah x

Best Quality for clothes but the clothes can be really expensive so it depends what you buy, but you can find clothing in the sale section which always turns out to be a bargain!

I came to the store today 19/072023. I was assisted by Ms Sue, she was absolutely impeccable, had excellent customer service and very helpful.She assisted me locating the items that I wanted which made my shopping experience very pleasurable. Ms Sue is a great asset to H & M.

Really bizarre experience when shopping today. I live in town but rarely visit H&M as usually I prefer to shop online. I went in store today, the last time I visited was only a month or so ago. All the mirrors were GONE. I walked around the whole store trying to find a mirror as I didn?t find it necessary to go to the fitting room to hold a bag up against me. However ended up having to go upstairs to the fitting room just to do this. I don?t understand the point of removing every single mirror in the store, it makes it almost not worth shopping in there and makes no difference just shopping online and looking in my own mirror at home. Also on a weekend the fitting rooms get very busy so having to go there unnecessarily will just make people not bother buying an item.

I came Thursday early afternoon to Buy loads of clothes for my children which I often do as they grow so quick. I normally go downstairs to pay but this time I decided to pay upstair, what a mistake that was??.The girl behind the tills was shouted out? IF YOU ARE PAYING BY CARD THEN USE THE SELF CHECKOUT, THIS TILL IS ONLY FOR CASH AND REFUNDS ONLY?. She looked absolutely miserable and was very rude. She was pointing over and shouting out again as there was a lot of people in the que. I had a baby in a pram and a toddler so it?s too much for me to use the self check out so I stayed in the queue. She then shouted at again so I left the whole lot behind and walked out. H&M have lost out on £120 that day and I won?t be coming back.I?ve shopped at H&M for years, and I?ve never had a problem. This is a very competitive market and if everyone is treated like this H&M will lose a lot of customers.I hope the store MANAGER read this review and speak to the Individual as her customer Service and attitude were appalling.She was in her 30,s with long blonde hair and glasses, I think she was wearing a pink top and cardigan?

Very unpleasant female assistant mid age was serving me. I left all the tags in the returned shoes, she asked me where is the tag and I showed her, she corrected me abruptly " this is not a tag". She was looking for a one with a barcode and it was deep inside a shoe, but it does not change the fact that the other logo paper is still called technically a tag, so no need to be condescending. Very unapproachable women.

Omg, I rated this store as great a year ago. Sorry but not now. About a week ago I had trouble with an online dress. The same one was available instore but fitted much better. Initially I had to hunt for member of staff to use changing room. I then asked girl about the sizing of dress, she seemed stand offish. Another lady arrived of whom was great and very helpful. She dissapeared so asked for her to help me again. when I went to return item nobody was at the till. In fact one person was on the top floor, the same miserable girl. She messed up my return. I asked to speak to a manager of whom seemed bulshy. There is an older lady who usually is downstairs, she is great, professional and helpful. The rude one is a 1st floor manager called Grace. She needs to be more graceful in regards to her approach towards customers. In business, customer service and approach is key. Never smiles, and everything seems to be too much to ask for. To think since lockdown I have spent about £2K with H and M. I called customer service of whom offered me a 15% voucher of which didn`t work. No wonder people are shopping online. The colchester store has happy staff.

Totally rude and unprofessional counter rep and manager. I was refused a refund today despite having my receipt from clothes I purchased from this same store weeks prior. These employees look angry, condescending, uneventful and narrow-minded.Their reasons was because I complained that the counter rep could reduce customer wait times by re-tagging the multiple items I was returning later on as there was only one register open and queues were forming. She was snail slow and lazy-minded!She had a nasty attitude and began a shouting match and was busy trying to argue with me until I requested for her manager who was even more rude, intimidating and grossly unprofessional. She approached me with a shout rather than calmly listening to my complaints.This nasty manager threatened to call the police on me for arguing with her and eventually put my clothes back in the bag and said on video that she is refusing me refund even though I had my receipt. They wasted over 20 minutes of my time for a process that should have been completed within 5 minutes. Who employed these types of unprofessional and mannerless workers?I will surely get my refund from H&M and have began the process of filing my complaints with the H&M office and social media outlets.These types of employees do not care one bit about the customers they were employed to serve and will eventually run down their company business.

Clothes are good value, usually a good fit for me and true to size. Friendly staff.Lift is a bit small and with baby/children's clothes being upstairs, there can sometimes be a bit of a queue to get up or down if you have a pushchair, pram or a wheelchair.
