Just had my car washed at imo in chelmsford. Paid £20 for triple foam and mini valet and it was so dissapointing. I still had dirt on various places and after they had vacuumed still had a leaf on the floor mat and mud stains on seats.. my wheels wasent even done even tho i paid for the service.. wont be going back there..

Very good car wash. Friendly, efficient staff and reasonable prices. Only knocked star off because it is awkward to get into and out of.

My experience at Imo Car Wash was extremely disappointing. Despite paying for a full-service clean, the results were far from satisfactory. The rims and various parts of my car were still dirty, and to my surprise, I found spider webs inside even after their supposed cleaning. It was evident that the staff seemed indifferent and lacked care in their work. Overall, a very disappointing and lazy effort. I expected much better service for the price paid.

Zero Star for service.I paid 24 pounds for inside and outside wash. Inside cleaning was pathetic.Rude behaviour from staff when pointed dirt at the end of cleaning.Overpriced service and poor service.I would never visit again.

It appears that a significant portion of them are immigrants who might not possess the necessary paperwork to legally work in the UK. Since customers are paying for the service, it is imperative for management to provide guidance on effective communication and interaction with customers."

Before leaving home today checked the website for Chelmsford opening hours arrived 17.40 to find you were shut. Truly disappointed as I have driven 45 mins to use your car wash which I have used on many occasions before. Not a happy customer today! ? please update website with actual opening times.

Used to be much better, the car wash itself doesn't seem to rinse or dry properly anymore.The machine inside the car wash looks old too
