I went into Lush this afternoon and I was greeted by Charlotte. She helped me with advice regarding the best soap to used on my skin and overall had a very pleasant conversation. Got served by charlotte!! Lovely lady held basket for me as I kept throwing bit in smiled polite and helpful!!! Recommend lots of different one which all smelt amazing! And even treated me to a bomb she was wanting me to try! Made my day!!! Thank you so much! Makes all the difference with staff like her!

This is my local Lush and I always have a lovely time in there with the fantastic staff. Today I had the loveliest experience! I was served by Theo at checkout and they were absolutely lovely. They let me pick some samples to try and genuinely made my day. Thanks Theo ❤️
