I had my MOT today with Mr Clutch and I don't normally leave reviews. However, Lee the manager was welcoming, friendly and gave such good customer service - I couldn't not leave a review. I've never used Mr Clutch before and I will be using them next year! Jessi

Been using Chelmsford Mr. Clutch for my car servicing and MOTs for years. Great customer service and fair pricing. Manager "Lee" kept me in the loop today re my MOT; ensured my car was ready when I needed to pick it up and took the time to discuss an advisory. Top marks from me ?

Have used a lot and always offered good value for money ? but recently couldn?t get through on the phone so ended up driving over ? only to be told they were having lunch for an hour (despite Google Maps saying they were open) and I should call back?

Staff seem to know what they're doing but they took ages to locate a part for my vauxhall astra hardly a unique vehicle. And the guy on the front desk needs to go on a customer care course as a matter of urgency.

I have been taking my work van to Mr Clutch in Chelmsford for years.They do the annual service, Mot and anything else that needs doing in between. They are good guys and nothing is too much trouble.They always get the job done quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys for another top service, brakes and Mot.all done on a Saturday!!

I received an absolutely amazing first class service from Mr Clutch, Rainsford Lane, Chelmsford. I had the clutch replaced and found them very helpful from my first phone call to picking up my car when the work was completed.
