Lovely haircut by Beverly yesterday.She's an experienced hairdresser who really listens. Great company and conversation too.I am very happy to recommend Options and Beverly is a real asset to the salon. ?

Not recommended at all! I had my appointment Saturday morning 29.04 at 8 am. The lovely lady that cut my hair hasn't listen at all what I wanted. She was keep looking at the watch. The only thing she was interesting it was finish and go to the next guest. She also asked me to pay £5 more because I did a "complete different" hair style. She asked me 2 times "What I was going to do in the afternoon", obviously she has not listen to me when I answer the question the first time. Customers care is essential!As soon as I reached home a called another hairdresser to fix my hair. I am very disappointed, so please forgive me if I will not recommend your place to anyone!

My hair looked beautiful and I was really pleased with the end result. Just please be mindful when someone says they have a sensitive scalp. My hair being brushed was not a pleasant experience and was like being tortured for 10 minutes.

Edit to respond to the owner:1. My review was originally left in November 2019, and based upon fresher experience. But when a Google review is edited then the date on which it appears to have been written seems to get edited too. It just took you a long time to notice that I did not think very much of your business anymore!2. Negative experiences of a business do not expire due to the passage of time, and the fact you think it appropriate to challenge my opinion on that basis merely cements it in my mind as justified. My final visits to the salon were disappointing.3. There are no circumstances under which I would return to your salon, and so there is no sanction you can apply to me that will effect me in any way whatsoever. I have never given anyone a bad Google review who in my view didn't deserve it. When I bumped into Norman the other week and he asked me if I was still using Options, I'm afraid I had to confess that I wasn't and that I had my reasons for not doing so. This will remain my view going forward.

After having a baby and being in lockdown. I was super excited to have my hair done. So I had my appointment at options. Full head of highlighlights. Come home saw the back and my root area was pure orange and yellow. Not what I asked for. Blonde! When I complained. They insisted I came back to the salon. Why? I do not trust them to touch my hair again. They blamed my hair turning yellow on having covid last year. When it's been coloured since I had covid and nothing went wrong. Since then they offered no refund or anything else ro help me. I've also discovered lots of breakage and a wonky side where it hasn't been cut very well.I also suggest you include a covid questionnaire in your consultation.Service: Hair coloring
