Stylist was nice enough but didn't know what she was doing. Ended up having to coach her with instructions as simple as 'cut both sideburns the same shape'. She is only a few weeks out of training, which I sympathise for, but she needs supervision. Felt like a guinea pig, left with a dodgy haircut, but still expected to pay full price. The whole experience was ridiculous. The worst part, I can't even blame her, I blame the management for not giving better support and managing the situation.

I had a haircut and balayage with Faye today. She was so professional , guided me through the process , helped to choose the coliir according to my hair and she worked upto personalise how I wanted it. And the end result was amazing!! Please note , it was my first hair colouring experience, I was so condemned and happy when I left the salon. She styled my hair to perfection which I couldn?t even believe that my hair could look that beautiful!! Overall it was a very satisfying and exciting experience?Services: Hairstyling

Fay was amazing! She did a very nice hair cut and she found a way to protect my neck from hurting during hair wash as there is a muscle issue around that area and around my shoulders. I will definitely visit that saloon againServices: Shampoo & conditioning

I absolutely LOVE my new hair cut and colour. Iwona did a great job. I cant recommend her enough.BUT ....REGIS - Your salon is bloody freezing ! When its so cold you have to have a blanket on to get a hair wash its then definitely time for a re-think of a no door policy. Love my new 'Do' not do much the free frostbite to go with it!!!!!

Definitely wouldn't recommend I had my hair done a few months ago (taken me a while to debate whether to put this up) my hair was over processed leaving my hair to snap! I went to a new hairdresser and she was SHOCKED. She didn't know what to do with my hair! The lady I had who I can't remember her name didn't even give me the end result I wanted, I wanted a baluage but got a full set of highlights and was told she wouldn't touch my roots but did. The customer service was poor and I was not satisfied as I found her rough with my hair. Wouldn't recommend from my personal experience, if I could put the photos up that my new hairdresser took to show how bad it was I would!! She also stained my clothing leading my to buy another one to replace due to no fault but hers, they didn't even have the correct gowns, felt like I was just in PPE.Also I was shocked that the manager managed to get a gentlemens appointment wrong but then when he returned she said she couldn't fit him in as he was late and turned him away which I was astonished by! as it was her faultService: Hair coloring

My friend has had the most awful experience at this salon. Her hair was ?cut? and was nothing like what she asked for. The hairdresser gave her a really short bob that she cannot tie up or restyle, even though she made it clear she wanted to be able to tie her hair up. The layers are not straight and she is now having to pay for extensions to cover the damage, which the salon are not willing to compensate for.

Would not recommend to anyone. My hair has been completed hacked and ruined. The stylist did not listen to me, has cut my hair so short and uneven that I'm having to pay out for extensions to correct that damage. Unskilled staff should not be allowed near anyone's hair.

I had my haircut by Nina. My hair was long and I wanted it cut short but was unsure what style to go for. Nina listened and gave me lots of suggestions and pictures to look at. The lady ruined my hair, I showed her the pictures and I told her that I want it exactly like that and she assure me that she will do it exactly like in the pictures. But she done a very poor job completely ruined my hair and than wasn?t accepting her mistake. And I paid £100 for the service totally waste the moneyService: Hair coloring
