In short: do not recommend this store at all. Horrible customer service and do not follow up with clients or keep the agreed delivery date. Nowadays when stores face so much competition from online, the number ONE reason people go to stores is for the customer service? in this case non existent.In a bit longer format: On May 20, 2023, we paid in full 3 washbasins including the vanity unit since the representative told us it would be delivered within 2 weeks and per policy, the full amount needs to be collected. It is stated on their purchase order ?Full payment required 14 days prior to delivery? ? no issue here. The problem started within those 14 days; we contacted them 3 times ? via phone and email, to confirm that everything was OK as we were coordinating with the contractors. Their answer was? silence! The only time they replied was: we are checking and will get back to you. Needless to say, we never heard back! simply ignored.On June 2, 2023, I decided to go to the store to ask for an update as we had the contractor lined up for June 5 as the order should be delivered by then, based on their own timelines. I waited for over an hour that one of the store representatives would contact the supplier? still nothing! They got back to us later on that would only be delivered during the week of June 12th? one week later than what they told us. And to communicate with us since June 2, 2023, was difficult? keeping a client appraised seems to be a very difficult task that apparently few can meet.The issue at hand is not so much the three-week delivery, but rather the zero communication and lack of customer service with the implications of having coordinated with a contractor (and having to pay for their time)! A friend is about to start a house renovation and asked us where they should go? I only answered where they should NOT go ? this store!Lastly, they also do not inform you that the plumbing parts that are delivered are for Germany standard not UK, so additional work for the contractor. As a side note, you can find the same products for a more reasonable price than at the store.

Amazing service from start to finish. We are delighted with our bathroom and feel so pleased we went with Ripples Chelmsford. We?ve had lots of friends and family commenting on how lovely it is too. Can?t recommend Ross and his team enough.

Delivery and installation were fast and customer service excellent throughout the entire process. Ross?s collaborative approach to the design and his attention to detail resulted in a bathroom that exceeded expectations.

Design service was a great help but even with that help I made some mistakes which were my own decisions and a learning curve. Paul was happy to help out changing where I changed my mind!!!

We used Ripples to design our new bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom. Ross and Kimberly are excellent. They helped us decide the layout and the best products for the look we wanted. The showroom has a great selection to get ideas and i would recommend a visit.

Poor. And they never even saw my bathroom.Don't waste your time here. After visiting the, very nice, showroom, which they made sure we could afford their 'high end' spec , we left our details for a follow up home visit. We did not receive a call as promised to arrange a home visit. I figured that was that, we obviously weren't worthy clients and I did not follow it up.Then received a call a few weeks later from them, saying they'd emailed (nowhere to be found my end) and they arranged a home visit for a week later.They did not show up.I called them to query - was told, 'yes its in the diary - let us call the fitter and see if he's held up' - I waited half hour and still no call back. Called them again - they hung up on me, then called again and was told 'well we didn't actually confirm the visit' and asked if I'd received an email. No I did not. Another invisible email I guess?There was no hint of an apology, just trying to blame me for expecting them to show up as planned. If any major works to your home starts off like this you would be a fool to continue engagement.

Do not use this company. Ross Buck the manager/owner does not accept any responsibility errors made in design and has left us with a vanity unfit for purpose. His final words to me were "not my problem" when trying to discuss the issue and that about sums up their performance. They still owe us over £1000 in refunds for goods supplied and returned but because they have not been able to keep track of this themselves, we have so far been offered £9 the first time and now £417. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Had a great experience with Ripples. From design to implementation the team were able to provide great advice and guidance on what was a fairly tricky design & fit (knocking down walls and moving a boiler). We are absolutely delighted with the results and would certainly recommend Ripples to others.

We recently used Ripples to design and supply our new bathroom and could not be happier with the service from Ross and the team in the Chelmsford showroom. The experience from start to finish was very relaxed, easy and enjoyable. There are so many great options on display in the showroom and the team were incredibly helpful in showing us different options and ideas whilst being really flexible to our needs and coming up with a bespoke design that would work for us. The range and quality of the products is second to none. We would definitely recommend Ripples, and especially a visit to the showroom as it is such a helpful part of the process.
