Very good and would recommendService was one of the best of any shop I?ve been to, a worker there let us smell some of the scents and we got to pick gifts that had our favourite scents the atmosphere gave very chilled vibes

I have entered the store on multiple occasions and have never received a welcoming or any form of assistance. The employees stare at me and continue with their conversation and ignore that I am there. I wouldn?t have said this if I?d entered when the store were busy but I have even entered when it was empty and I was all by myself still to receive no assistance. The staff have even once ignored my presence to assist a customer coming in after me. I have had to resort to buying online as I do love the products but the service here is a 0/10 to say the least.

I had an issue with an item that I purchased from Lakeside where I spent £180 for the item to just be stuffed into a bag. I decided I was going to return the item after it was bugging me that a quality gift just looked ill presented. However I went into the Chelmsford store and the team were amazing. Even know they didn?t have the gift box in store they gift wrapped the items for me. I even ended up spending more due to the fab customer support. Thank you to the two stars!

Visited the Rituals store today which is newly opened in Chelmsford. Was greeted by Karol and Maisie who were very helpful and friendly. Overall received fantastic customer experience .Will surely be going back in there soon as the products are really high quality and love the packaging which is very sophisticated.
