I had my car washed this morning here for the first time and the team did an amazing job. Very fast and thorough clean. Owner is friendly and the team are very efficient.

Just been here as was recommended but a total waste of money. Owner charged me extra as he said the car was extra dirty, I can assure you I have taken dirtier cars to another well known car wash without any problems, no time to argue about prices as he was calling other cars forward. Outside looked clean and shiny from a distance but up close there were still areas not cleaned. Inside had been wiped over, but not cleaned, still cobweb on the front screen-dashboard area. Mats were dripping wet as I watching them being placed back into the car, when I got him I have hung them on the line and they are pouring water off of them. Will not be returning and I will be letting family and friends know to go somewhere else.

Went friday had option 3 on my hyundai 71 plate grandkids ad got choc n other stuff on seats i paid 70 for a clean of car in and out and i must say wow looked like it did when i got it from showroom so shiny n polished in and out seats spotless again . I deffo return worth the money deffo reccomend thanks guys u did greatwork and great friendly customer service. Left a tip of 15 Rachel

Took my car here today and I?m completely disappointed this is now the second time in a row they have done a substandard job?this time being a lot worse than before?spent £40 on it they spent 15 minute cleaning it, every wheel rim is still dirty with muck I can move with my finger the whole car is covered with dirt spots / particles that I can remove with my finger walk around the car and just marks every where they?ve cleaned one side of the roof and not the other the inside as had a very quick wipe still dust and marks everywhere all which come off with a wipe. I have video and images to prove how bad a job they did. ! Very very disappointed have forwarded the videos to your Facebook page so you can see for yourself ?£40 for a 15-20 minute clean at most where the car is still filthy?. And this is not the first time I thought last time was a once off but I was wrong?won?t be going there again! Ps they don?t deserve one star but I can?t post unless I put 1. I have messaged you on Facebook asking for a refund and you?ve ignored that only responding on here so people think you?re willing to sort this. Avoid this place at all costs!!

It's okay rather overwhelming at the sudden appearance of the person that starts the process as they come from behind and you're startled by the jet wash hitting your car. First experience means that you are not expecting it

Avoid! This is daylight robbery! Even 1 star is too much for this terrible place. I took my car for an inside and outside wash. As mentioned on the sign it should be 20 pounds, but when they wanted to clean the inside they said my car is dirty inside and I should pay 25 pounds not 20! this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard at a car wash. I suppose I had to clean my car before taking it to this car wash. I will surely complain against these guys officially as well, so should you if you experience the same thing.

Went there yesterday (19/01/2024) first time since this new setup and the other shops came. The man ushering cars in (said he was the manager I think ) did not even give me time to read the prices stating that he knew all the prices and would tell me further down. When I got to the front he looked inside my car , told me it was extra dirty (which was true, about that front floor mats , ONLY!). I didn?t argue so he charged me £10 extra to make it £35 , then for some reason I tipped them £5 so paid total £40. I didn?t wait that long for my car before he told me it was ready. It looked shiny enough on the outside but when I went to open the driver?s door there was still some dirt outside on door handle that had been there already .i didn?t find a spot to stop and check the whole car out as this man was ?ushering? all the cars forward very quickly. Inside the car the only thing that showed signs of having been cleaned were the mats as they were still dripping wet. I live just 4 minutes away from this car wash so as soon as I got home I went round the whole car and it?s really disgusting what a poor job they did! The interior had not been touched and I?ve done a pretty much better job of it using wipes before! I only went to the car wash mainly for the front floor! I took a whole video and photos of my car and all the dirt that they left there. The interior didn?t smell like the car had been cleaned and the dust and fluff was still very visible on the seats and dashboard yet I completely emptied my car so that they didn?t have to worry about moving things about to get a good clean . The front windscreen top left side especially had dirty water marks from the wash cloth they used to scrub it and was not wiped properly. Like they used dirty water to clean the car. I am very very disappointed by this service and will certainly not be going back there again. My car still needs a good wash right now, INSIDE & OUTSIDE after spending £40 for a proper clean. The ?manager? promised me that a very good job would be done that?s why he was charging me more. To be honest they shouldn?t be charging anyone more than what they have listed there! Surely the prices should already reflect any amount of ?dirtiness? in it. Mind you my front mats were dirty but still those wouldn?t require £40 worth of cleaning. No one sits at the back as it is only me and my son using the car so you do the maths! The outside of the car has water marks dripping down all around .i wonder what cleaning products they used as there was no fragrance or anything. The manager also took my email address and said he would send my receipt. I am still waiting hence coming here. If he had sent my receipt I was going to send him the pictures and videos of the ?very good ? job they had done 5 minutes prior. The place is nice enough but the service has gone downhill so bad ! I can?t see the option to post or attach pictures here so i can?t. Maybe if I get my receipt via email as promised I will send the owner the evidence. This used to be very good years ago (before it was built to). There were fewer men but the job was always top notch and my car looked proper clean and smelled beautiful after each clean. I didn?t mind sitting on the grass outside waiting for it. Now i won?t go back there. My £40 gone?? I would never recommend this service to anyone now.

Used to be really good when they started. Proper, efficient and polite. Unfortunately the service is awful now. They pretend to clean a car in a minute, rinse in 30 seconds but then spend more time cleaning windows when it should be the other way around. Today was the last straw. They asked me to drive with detergent on, then didnt rinse the car and told me that the dryer will get rid of soap. As i pulled out, i couldnt see out of my reverse camera as they didnt even touch it to clean. Oh, and there was an accident as well because they asked another car to drive with soap on as well, two cars collided. Management needs to put the old staff at the washing section, not new starters. Hopefully one day the service will get back to normal but i will not be driving in until the issues are resolved.

Always use roxwell car wash but this tome i went Wednesday this week i waited about 25-30 mins and still had leaves in my bonnet and they never touched or hoovered the boot so for the money and time was a bit disappointing.

Make sure that your car is clean before you come here; otherwise they will charge you extra. Took my car here today and when I came to tap my card, he said that the boss had told him to charge me £5 more, as my car was extra dirty. His excuse was that it had taken longer, although that was down to the guy constantly on his phone. He claimed it was stated on the sign at the entrance, but an inspection proved this to be untrue. I was then refunded and told 'Next time.....', to which I replied 'There won't be a next time'

Promised the world by the owner. Sadly let down. Interior is ok. Windows not polished, as promised, and my mat leather is shiny and slippy. Carpets immaculate. The exterior, well it certainly wasn't polished, nor was the engine bay detailed, nor were any of the issues we discussed the previous day addressed. I was screamed and sworn at by the guy who apparently cleaned my car. He got aggressive but I stood my ground and eventually he slithered away. After the owner eventually turned up he told me if I waited 10 minutes that this could be rectified. They had my car for almost 5 hours I wasn't going to wait any longer. He wasn't happy, commenting that that's the problem with English people, never got 10 minutes.We haggled over the price but still I feel very let down and ripped off.Also as others have mentioned it is very moody in there. Very negative vibe. Almost as if they're forced to work there under a tyranny.I dealt personally with the owner who pretends to be friendly friendly but you can't help feeling that this is a pure cash making business with no real care or pride in their workI won't be going back for my free washThanks for the offer.A pure rip off. AVOIDFurther to the above review:Have just had a bill for £400 after the owner jet washed my engine using strong chemicals. BMW have told me this is an absolute no no. Obviously can't prove it was him but my lights failed after water seeped in to the headlight unit mother board. The mechanic asked if someone had jet washed the engine.......Thanks once again!!!The most expensive carwash EVER!!!!!!!!!

The staff are all really friendly and helpful. This was the second time I've taken my car there - the 1st time, the service was OK. This 2nd time, I wasn't very impressed. I had a baby with me so couldn't really check the car over so when I got home and did, I was quite disappointed- the interior still had dust on the dash and there were many areas that were overlooked when cleaning. I'll give it a last try, maybe 3rd time lucky ?

Car beautifully clean after asking for an in and out clean (option2). The staff were friendly and efficient, and the cost of the clean was reasonable! Highly recommend!Services: Vacuuming
