Staff is not professional at all. Took more than 30 minutes to upgrade a simple plan. On another occasion, 2 staff members made me wait when I was there to drop my router. Its a 30 second job which they made into a 5 minute task. Staff members were watching something on their computer screen.

Absolutely brilliant service in store we has issues with the Vodafone chatbots , number transfers , multiple accounts . caroline couldn?t be more helpful and sorted it all out. Really impressed .

1 star is too much based on my experience.Visited the shop on Sunday morning asking for support and was the most unprofessional and rude customer service I received in my life. One middle age man was sit on his desk and he never welcome me o try to ask the reason of my visit. Another gentleman try to help but he said he cannot and I need to call the customer and I did.The customer service said that any Vodafone shop can fix my issue. Lazy and arrogant staff.I would change my phone provided based on this experience

The reason I give is that its appears if have a technical issues they don't want know .they fobbed me off with lies.on one occasion they fobbed me off at the door the problem got sorted but I was told it must be your other half phone problem lie lies all I got was a measles 10 squid.thats why I left them and the prices have rocketed up.i problems with the leaving process they funked that as well.i tried to sort it out.but they are interested not I have paid and filled the form form inabnd I tried all ways to get hep

Came in and was greeted by a very rude gentleman. Couldn?t help with query but was extremely rude for no reason! Spoke down to me because I was young. This is my local store and will not be returning ever again.
