The staff seem nice enough. But check your receipt, 9 times out of 10 I've had to question them about prices on the shelves to what they put through the till as they overcharge you. Also they've scanned items twice. They never give you a receipt, you have to ask for one.

Purchased a cherry cake, consumed at home noticed taste difference and foul taste? checked the product the best before date is 15 days back!? How can they sell such a product??? I have small kids at home. Purchase on 23 Aprl 2023.

prices on the shelf do not match product! Staff even argue when blatant shelf ticket showed £1 each was charged £1.25! Does this happen a lot I ask? She even had to get managers permission. This is not customer service Manager Sude! (If you ever see this?)

Has everything you need it is a supermarket but a smaller version it has a wide variety and has everything you need with reasonable price too.

Google's opening times are wrong they open at 7am.they have great service and a wide selection of groceries.they stock plenty of items you dont find in other supermarkets.

I use this store regularly and probably spend near on £50-£60 a week. After what happened this week I will not be returning. I was stood in the queue for at least 20 mins before finding out that they were only taking cash payments. This I learned via another customer who had reached check out, as I approached check out I asked the server if it was cash only, to which they completely ignored me and waved the next person forward. The sensible thing would be to put a note up stating CASH ONLY and periodically announce that fact so customers aren't queueing unnecessarily. The staff are rude to the point I don't actually think they can converse in English, and staff don't seem to have any people skills whatsoever. I will now be taking my custom next door to Tesco!!!!
