Not Helpful,Bad Service,Raciest Stuff,did not help Me While I was in Clacton on sea,And I lost my SIM Card,they Did not help Me at All,Sad Story,I lost my SIM Card,while I tried To replace It in the Dark,to Another phone i bought It,Cos the one I've brocken,I dropped in the ground by mistake,Sad Story,Was Holiday had been ruined by the EE MOBILE COMPANY"S STUFF,and I've to come back to London to Sort my life Out,No Bank App,No Communications to get Help &Support ?,No money,Holiday from Hell,Cos Of my SIM card, lost,And my Night merr In the Middle of my Holiday,Which Had been ruined by EE stuff in Clacton-On_Sea,..And Travelodge Hotel Stuff as Well,Rude & Raciest Stuff in the Hotel,Barred Me &my Partner in the middle if the Night And Stole Our Money Reservations to place Stranger to our Room to get money for themselves,Inspite having Wages,Bunch Of Crocks in that Hotel,Which A Located at Jackson Road CO15 1jA.. Was served by a very polite young man called Joshua. Made us feel very welcome and really sold the products to us and new what we were talking about. Went in looking for 1 upgrade and ended up leaving with 3 new devices and he went the extra mile to make sure we understood everything and was happy with what we were receiving. Very pleasant experience and 10/10 service. Thanks josh
