Took bags of change in they never said they only take ten bags at a time. I said yous never said anything when I collected the bags. The lady started getting really cockie because I said she was rude and cockie she then refused to take any of thebags. I had to use another till. Absolutely rude.

went to the branch to put "cash and a cheque" into my account and the lady guarding the door told me I had to use the cash machine and wasn't allowed to go to the desk for help so she pointed me to a machine that I had no idea how to use and when i asked for help she said i was at the wrong one (despite this is where she told me to go). it took me a while to figure out what to do since no help was offered but when i had to ask where i put my cash she said i couldn't do it in the machine but had to go to the desk (the complete opposite to what she told me when i first got there) so she told me to get to the back of the queue and re-wait my time. absolute poor customer service and very disappointed. service like this makes me want to change who i bank with.

Friendly and quick and in response to standing in a queue all my life, all banks have queues and if standing in a queue all your life how often are u in there and once In do u ever leave the place

Rubbish spent 15 mins opening a account only to be told a week later they haven't received any id documents if this is how they loose your ID documents how can you trust them to keep your money safe
