I needed to find a solicitor when I sold a house recently. I did a lot of research after hearing horror stories about some of my local solicitors. I was very impressed with what I read about Hanslip Ward and even more so when I spoke to them. Their estimate on cost was very reasonable.There were no delays on our side, they were quick to chase up the other solicitors in the chain and if my solicitor was unavailable, another would pick up emails or post and deal with it immediately. Any concerns I had were replied to immediately or they were easy to contact by phone. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Wow how glad am I that I picked Hanslip & Ward to carryout out ourconveyancing to buy and sell. This company deserves more than 5 stars as they are absolute experts at customer service. From the time you pick up the quotation they cannot do enough for you. Donna who handles all the enquiries and administrative tasks is an absolute genius at ensuring you are guided through every step. She's probably the best legal secretary in the world. Had the most amazing experience with Claire at Hanslip Ward, she was so professional but with a personal touch. Very prompt with responding to the many emails I sent throughout the process. After being told to expect a 14-16 week process due to how busy everyone was was, we was completed within 8 weeks.Highly recommend Claire and her team, and will always use them in the future.Thanks for making our move so much less stressful than it could have possibly been .

We used Hanslip Ward for our home purchase and found that the service we received was timely, accurate and great value. The purchase of a house is more often than not held up by solicitors but Dean at Hanslip Ward was very responsive, sorted everything quickly and was always there to answer any questions.
