“Would like to say thank you to the store manager today. We took a watch back to ask if they could have a look at adjusting the metal strap. She said she will try and have a look but said that we may have to leave it there for them to have a look later during the week. She took our contact details and said that they will call us when the watch was ready to be collected later during the week. We left it with them and she took the time to have a look and she called us back about 45mins later to say that she had managed to adjust the strap. What great service and what a nice person. “Came in on Sunday with my wife looking for lightbulbs. We couldn't find them in the lighting section (go figure?) so asked a gentleman in the paint section if they had lightbulbs anywhere else. He took us there and asked what we needed. I showed him a bulb from my bathroom light and he started by saying "ah that's a bathroom bulb as you can see from the convex shape on the lens"...he told us exactly what we needed to know about energy consumption and so much more (without being boring btw). That is the best bit of customer service I have seen in my 59 years on the planet. Thank you whoever you are middle aged bloke tanned complexion. :-)”

“This particular store is very sizable and well stocked. They have many seasonal goods for sale across 2 floors. There's also a cafe on the upper floor.There is plenty of free parking, including disabled parking spaces and parent and child parking spaces, too. Please be aware that at the time of writing this, there's a 90 minute maximum parking time”
