As Mark said 2 months ago, the shop presentation of goods "a shambles" a lot of items not priced. And discounts seem to be phantom ones. Let's hope the management can make it more customer friendly ?

Ex staff members have early access to all sale items sorting it from the boxes as they are delivered so all the bargains are taken, lost all respect for the shop personally.

The manager of this store was so helpful today when I came in with an issue. On the 24th May, I bought some Nike Air Force from the outlet and after wearing them once I could instantly tell something was wrong! They were fake. I took them back into JD Outlet today and explained to the manager my issue along with the fact that I no longer have the receipt. He was so understanding and helpful and went above and beyond to sort out my issue with providing new authentic Air Force and also a gift card for the remaining balance. Thank you so much. I am so glad I made the effort to come in and get it sorted.

Absolute shambles. Can't seem to get anything decent in xl size. Also they have alot of stock without prices on them and the staff in there are rude and unapproachable.
