When it comes to auto mechanics, this shop is THE TRUTH.Mark (the owner) is my new best friend. My car is one I love dearly and intend to drive until the wheels fall off so it means alot to find someone who does not play games, talks straight and does EXCELLENT work. I came to him with a problem that I have spent weeks and hundreds on. He sorted it in less than a day and did it for peanuts. Was away on holiday when our clutch went in out car ? I phoned Jollys auto.. they was lovely and friendly..gave me a quote very quickly. I explained I only had 2 days left on holiday, car was picked up within 2 hours and returned the next day ? even gave us some advisories too. Brilliant service and communication. Highly recommend. Beyond any expectations without a shadow of a doubt! My last car let me down in a big way and was a write off,I had no clue what to do with it until I put a 'Recommendation' post up on fb asking for a garage to collect & scrap my car. I had 3 garages respond and Kirby Cross was one of them. Where the other 2 garages left hours in between replies, i had the whole thing wrapped up with Mark(owner at Kirby cross garage) simply & quickly.He had arranged for my car to be bought & collected the following day at a time that was convenient for me. Absolutely hassle free on my part! Whilst chatting with him about the fact I was now without a car he asked me what ideally I was looking for to replace my scrapped car. He told me he would keep an eye out specifically for my requirements,I also underlined to him that I had a child so although I was just looking for a cheep run-around it had to be 100% safe and reliable. Mark told me he was expecting a car the following week and he would check it over and let me know. Sure enough the following week he had sent me an email with a ton of pictures from every angle of this car including pictures of all its documents and service history including 11 months MOT! This car was immaculate inside and out, brand new clutch he had fitted,air con,electric everything,brand new stereo,not high millage at all and the price was well below any car exactly the same that you'd see on any flash forecourt! I couldn't believe it, I test drove the car and it felt brand new and it drove like an absolute dream! Needless to say I bought it and with it being well below budget. Anything I need;repairs,service,MOT's are all in one place and I never need to look up another garage again,if there were 6 stars I would have ticked them. Absolutely faultless and ultra reliability and never a worry about having another garage try take advantage money wise. Thankyou so very much,ecstatically over the moon with my new car from start to finish. ???
