My wife suffers from Asthma and felt really poorly this morning with difficulty in breathing. She called Ranworth surgery and within 20 minutes she was offered an appointment. She was seen by a Nurse Practitioner and medication was prescribed. The medication was made available at Prescription 2 You and made up reasy for collected within 15 minutes. Absolutely brilliant service.I cannot fault the care and expertise of the Surgery or the Pharmacy. Well done and thank you.

Lovely staff always helpful and willing to go that extra mile. If you treat them with respect you get it back. If you go in guns blazing and shouting at them (which I've seen first hand) don't expect any help or compassion back. Treat others how you wish to be treated.Apart from the odd issue always had my repeats on time and correct and after the loss of my Father who the staff knew well I am still asked how I am and how my Mum is so not only good at their job under great pressure but also compassionate
