Nice camp good as a base caravan was clean and comfortable all facilities were clean and easy to find . The only remark I would make is for a dog friendly holiday park is they could let dogs into more areas of the club and amusements otherwise a very nice place to holiday

Had a lovely week at Seawick. The caravan was comfy and provided a base for visiting the area. Had a meal in the venue one evening and it was hot and tasty. The evening entertainment was well worth watching. Kieran, Katie, Charlotte and Albie produced fantastic shows, sang with brilliant harmonies, and they danced with loads of energy. Brilliant entertainment team.

We were staying on a neighbouring park, went to the clubhouse and used the arcade, Lisa and Callum went out of there way to make sure My son got to use the tickets and get a toy before we went home! They're amazing

great place to stay, stayed here a few times in the past, so much to do, swimming arcades bikes clubhouse, use facilities at st osyth and hutleys and more arcades to use. Caravan wasnt that clean, shower drain blocked some lights not working but didnt affect our stay. Caravan 360 28th august to the 4th Sept.

I booked 2 caravans one was nice and the other was disgusting damp and smelly! They were not next to each other! The beds were so uncomfortable. The fridge was too small, not enough crockery or glasses! Never again!

Avoid avoid at all cost people who come here are sooooo scummy it's actually disgusting keeping people awake till now and still going and they think it's acceptable smoking weed like there fags in a kids area scummy scummy place

I would like to say thank you to Parkstar Katie for her lovely entertainment Parkstar charlette for teaching me alot of the parry dances Parkstar albie, for making everyone laugh And Parkstar kiren for being one of the best person that will make u laugh when ur down and get u up and dancing Thank u all for a lovely holiday I appreciated it alot and I hope u enjoy the rest of your year

Came for a weekend and had a wonderful time, party in the park was amazing the kids loved all the different acts but there favourites were the entertainment team Keiran, Albie, Katie and Charlotte them as a team is wonderful, Albie is so funny and friendly looking forward to coming back to see his beiber show as missed it this time 100% will be back

Never stay at this place! I do caravan holidays a few times a year with Parkdean and it?s always been fine. This year my friends were staying at Seawick which is a Park holiday, so we agreed to stay at the same place as them. We had 5 caravans for a week, each paying £1200 for the week. When I arrived the caravan was literally filthy. I could not use the oven as it was so dirty there was stale food hanging off the grill and touching the food I was trying to cook. The outdoor pool was closed for 3days of the holiday, the indoor pool was so dirty that I had other peoples hair entangled around my hands constantly whilst trying to swim (also plasters floating around in the water). I complained about the dirt in the caravan and a lady came to clean it whilst I was in reception writing a report. When I arrived back she had literally done nothing! I was told somebody would contact me to discuss my complaint ? I never ever heard from anyone. I complained about the outside pool being shut and was directed to st osyths next door to use their outdoor pool. I packed a trolley and walked down there all kids in toe, only to be told there was no outside pool and they had no idea why Seawick staff told me their was. I booked the indoor pool for the following day and left. When I arrived the next day, I was told that the pool was out of use and that I would not be able to use it at all that day. Complaining again to staff at Seawick I was laughed at and told ?what do you want me to do? Let you get in and burn your skin off?. I asked why nobody had contacted me to discuss my complaint, I was told that it was busy and it was human error that the manager had forgotten to contact me. I was assured they would contact me the following day ? they never did. The entertainment was poor, the staff were rude, the park is small and is locked early every night. The arcade is also small and nothing works properly. The shower was blocked and we had a sewage smell in the bathroom. I landed up buying passes for parkdean and driving there everyday for the remainder of the holiday. I purchased wifi for £15 and it never worked. Absolute waste of money and ruined my children's summer. My son came down half way through the holiday and I needed bedding for him for the sofa bed (I had paid for 8 people and only had 4 with me). I was refused bedding for him and told it was in the caravan in the wardrobe ? even though it wasn't. Horrible place with horrible staff! If you want my advice, go to parkdean valley farm instead.

Upon asking at reception where are the recycling bins, told there are none. Everything goes in black bin. Who doesn't recycle in 2023?! Sums up the whole place, dated and needs updating. Pool you have to book at 9am for a slot the following day. Indoor pool strong chlorine, outdoor pool nice to sit in the sun. Evening entertainment revolves around bingo at 8pm. Staff are good but obviously overworked and underpaid. Dog walking field is small, not enclosed, can't let dog off the lead. Football field is awful, don't bother unless you have kids under 5. Playground very popular. Didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment on that. Arcade popular but small, and ticket kiosk unmanned apart from 6-9pm. Shop only open 9am-5pm, not much there. Activity zone expensive but the go-karts were fun. In summary, we won't be returning, hopefully Park can improve this site

Booked a short break for 4 nights with our two daughters , No joke gotta say the swimming was disgusting avoid at all costs ( your get pink eye its so dirty ) other than that we had a really good time. The entertainment was brilliant Big up Albie & Kieran who are amazing ? Seawick would be nothing without theses guys 10/10 We will definitely be back Becky , Danielle , Tenille , Jess ... (Watford)

We are at seawick for 2 weeks, it's our 4th day in and it's amazing at seawick, we come back every year as the children have anything they need. The entertainment crew are incredible for the children and adults. Kieran, Katie, Albie and Charlotte all made the activities in the day time great and the evening entertainment even better

When we drove down the road and the park came into site and after reading the reviews I felt a little disappointed and wasn?t sure I wanted to stay?however I was so so wrong and loved every minute of it. The caravans were spotless and where done to a very high standard. The customer service on site was amazing from everyone I encountered. I?ve worked in hospitality for the last 18 years and I couldn?t fault anything wrong with them. Swimming pool was really good but it was a shame the outdoor one was closed. Food was a little disappointing in the evening but really enjoyed our breakfast. Parts of the park needed a little tidying as there was broken glass around the place just you just need to watch where your walking. Also really enjoyed the entertainment and my eldest son loved it and got stuck in with it (which he doesn?t normally do). Keiran is amazing entertainment manager and did a great job keeping everyone entertained. Also thank you Keiran for our mystery prize on the last night?my son loved it :) will be back again.

After reading reviews I was a bit apprehensive however the holiday was really enjoyable. Caravan was superb and spotlessly clean. Managed to get a swimming slot each day (I went to the pool for 9am to book a session for later in the day). Shop onsite had all essential bits but further down towards the beach there is a bigger shop and lots more arcades and food places. Park was clean, there was some broken glass on the ground in a few places but it was eventually swept up. Staff helpful and the site itself was a great layout.
