every time my friend goes in there. all she receives is all workers following her. specifically a blonde one. though she tells everyone else to keep a eye. when she?s done nothing wrong. she?s to scared to say anything so i?m here writing this for her. poor girl is scared to go in there cause she can?t go there in peace. even if she?s with someone she continues to get followed. though she hasn?t done anything.

Me and my sister have just had our eyebrow waxing done at Superdrug Clacton. Very clean, friendly and professional, would definitely recommend. Thanks to Kelly, who took care of us and had a lovely chat with us.

Poor customer service,items not priced up,then overcharged at the till for other items, supervisor checked,agreed with cashier,who apologised to me. Supervisor Never engaged with me over the mistakes, think it was an inconvenience to her,as she seemed busy. Needs to go on a customer care course, to learn, how to treat customers, alternatively,carry on being dissimissive!
